@Gonzaga_Hockey1 Advances to Both MAPHL Championship Games

With semifinal wins on February 22, both Gonzaga varsity hockey teams advanced to their respective MAPHL Championship Game! First, the V2 knocked off Landon 8-4 at Rockville Ice Rink to earn their spot in the ‘A’ title game — minutes later, at the Gardens Ice House in Laurel, the V1 completed the 3-0 victory over Georgetown Prep to punch their ticket to the ‘AA’ title game. V2 will look to repeat as champions when they face DeMatha, and V1 will look to capture it’s first title since the 2013-2014 season.

Both games will be held on Friday, February 24 at the Gardens Ice House in Laurel. The puck will drop for the ‘A’ Championship Game at 5pm. The puck will drop for the ‘AA’ Championship Game at 7pm. Tickets are $10 at the door and are good for both games.
