Here is a letter from the Gonzaga’s VP of Advancement:

Dear Friends,

We’re pleased to announce the 2016 inductees in the Gonzaga Athletic Hall of Fame.

The Athletic Hall of Fame is sponsored by the Gonzaga Alumni Association (along with the Theater Hall of Fame in the spring), and recognizes not only accomplishments on the field of play, but those student-athletes who represented themselves, their sport, and their school at the highest level during their time at Gonzaga.

Each of this year’s honorees — selected from dozens of nominees put forth by the Gonzaga community — met that criteria. They all demonstrated the qualities – grit, determination, sportsmanship, and teamwork – that participation in sport can instill in young men.

This year’s induction ceremony and reception will be held on October 22nd here on Eye Street.  All of the inductees will be recognized during halftime of the Gonzaga varsity football game vs Good Counsel on Buchanan Field.  More information is available here. It promises to be a great celebration of not only these worthy inductees, but of the Gonzaga community. We hope you’ll join us.

All the best,

Stephen Neill ’89
Senior VP for Alumni and Advancement
