@GonzagaLacrosse Beats Culver, Prep Up Next

For the second year in a row,  the varsity lacrosse Eagles came back to beat national power Culver from Indiana.  After being down 3-0 after the first quarter Gonzaga stormed back to take a 9-6 win over the road team on Holy Thursday.  The game was played at noon on Buchanan Field.  The Eagles scored with :01 left in the 1st half to tie the game at 3-3 going into the break.  Culver would take a 5-4 lead into the 4th quarter. The Eagles would take control with goals from Avery Myers, Nick McEvoy, Luke McCaleb, and Jack Myers en route to the big victory.Gonzaga-Vs.-Paul-VI-300x199

The Eagles fell to Boys Latin on Tuesday, March 29 at home, 10-8.

“On Friday, April 1, the Varsity Eagles will be taking on Georgetown Prep on the newly renovated Buchanan Field at Gonzaga. A classic matchup with Prep, the game starts at 4:30pm.  Hope you’ll head out of work early and come on down to Eye Street. Go Eagles!”
