The varsity lacrosse Eagles traveled to Arizona over spring break for the Jesuit Lacrosse Classic. Gonzaga played two Jesuit schools: Dallas Jesuit (TX) and St. Ignatius (CA). The games were played at Brophy Prep, another Jesuit school.

On March 17, St. Patrick’s Day, a great day of practice was followed by team bowling:
On March 18, the Eagles defeated Dallas Jesuit, 18-6. And on March 19, the Eagles beat a tough St. Ignatius team, 9-3.
Joe Reyda ’85, Gonzaga AD, made the trip and was able to meet up with a number of alumni – “Great Trip to Arizona with Gonzaga Lacrosse for Jesuit Lacrosse Classic last week. After arriving home safely, Gonzaga improved to 5-1 (1-0 in the WCAC) with a 18-3 win over Ireton on March 22 in the league opener. The next game is a huge one, Thursday, March 24 vs national power Culver (IN) at 1pm on Buchanan Field.
